What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups shredded organic chicken
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Veganaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • lettuce
  • tomato slices

The How To

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato slices.
