Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge

What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup good quality cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Butter
  • 1 Dropper Liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

The How To

  1. Prepare a muffin pan with 10 muffin liners
  2. Put all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor.
  3. Pulse a few times until everything is smooth and nicely combined. Don’t over mix.
  4. Pour the liquid fudge into the prepared muffin liners dividing evenly.
  5. There should be about a half an inch in each muffin liner.
  6. Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 30 min or until the fudge has hardened.
    Remove the muffin liners from the pan and enjoy!

Store in refrigerator.
